Architectural Drafter

Vlassak-Verhulst is looking for a motivated Architectural drafter to expand the team.

You will work for an exclusive villa construction company that has been established for over 50 years in a green environment in ‘s-Gravenwezel.
Unique projects both domestically and internationally, including contemporary and more classic homes in the highest segment, primarily for the private sector.
Each project is executed by our own craftsmen and is custom-designed for the client.
Salary in accordance with your competencies.

You will collaborate with the design team led by the designer.
You will be responsible for developing preliminary designs, submitting building applications, and principle applications mainly in Belgium and the Netherlands, which you will then translate into execution plans.
You will be part of a creative team and contribute to the realization of various types of high-end architectural homes.

You have a bachelor’s degree in construction, architectural drafting, applied architecture, or equivalent through experience. You already have some work experience.
You are passionate about architecture and want to contribute to the design of architectural homes. You can easily immerse yourself in different styles for an exclusive clientele.
You work accurately and can adapt flexibly to changes.
You have experience with Vectorworks and Sketchup or are willing to learn. Experience with 3D drawing, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign is a plus.
You speak and write Dutch very well.
