Talented Interior Designer
We are looking for a talented Interior Designer with experience in high-end residential projects. As an Interior Designer, you will be involved in all phases of the project and will be responsible for producing the necessary documentation to execute the design at the highest level. You are proficient in Vectorworks and have solid knowledge of materials, assemblies, and best practices for interior detailing and construction. You collaborate well with external architects. Experience working with clients and a portfolio of completed projects are considered strong assets.
Offer
• Collaborating on multiple design projects from A to Z within luxury high-end residential developments, working closely with external architects; taking responsibility for the interior aspect of each project.
• Preparing drawing and specification packages, and producing accurate documentation throughout all design phases (concept design, design development, construction documentation).
• Assisting with material selection, drafting specifications, and managing quote requests and verifications.
• Communicating effectively with clients, fellow designers, architects, contractors, craftsmen, and developers across various projects.
Desired Skills & Experience:
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with a background in interior design or architecture.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask — from concept to delivery, across all phases of the design process.
• Excellent technical skills and proficiency in Vectorworks.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, multidisciplinary work environment.
