Experienced Estimator
Position
We are looking for an experienced estimator to calculate the costs of new construction projects. You will collaborate with colleagues from the estimating department, architects, technical draftsmen, project managers, the administrative team, and the sales department.

Profile
You study and analyze architectural plans, determine the technical and physical structure and detailing of the building, measure quantities accurately, calculate labor hours and material costs, request necessary quotes, and compile everything into a final bill of quantities with an accompanying price quotation.
You are construction qualified (degree/engineer in construction or surveying, or equivalent by experience) and reading plans is second nature to you. You can work in a structured and results-oriented way. Order, neatness, and discretion are essential for this position. You have good knowledge of Excel and you speak very well Dutch.
