Vlassak-Verhulst builds on a rich history. In 1970, two friends from Schilde started their company. What starts small grows into a success story, upon which Koen Vlassak and Paul Verhulst proudly continue to build. 50 years of experience and more than 1000 wonderful projects later, current manager Maxime Verhulst and his team are putting Vlassak-Verhulst further on the map in Belgium and abroad as an exclusive villa construction concept.

Dream it — Getting acquainted
In an introductory meeting, we discuss your living dream, style and wishes and explain how we work. In this phase we also make an initial cost estimate. This way you can make an informed choice right from the start.

Measure it — Preliminary study
Based on our first meeting, we find the designer that suits you best. We carry out a study and visit the site with the designer to measure your wishes as accurately as possible.

Visualize it — 3D or Watercolor design
Your dream is gradually taking shape. After a careful study, we convert your design into 3D or on paper in watercolor. After approval, we work out the design technically.

Sign it — Building contract
Costs are transparently mapped out. After submitting the construction contract, we draw up a clear implementation plan.

Build it — Building process
Construction starts. An occasion that is as unforgettable for us as it is for you and that calls for celebration. Throughout the construction process you can always count on a fixed contact person, transparent communication, and accurate follow-up.

Style it — Interior
During the construction phase, we start with the interior. An interior designer who matches your style guides you through the entire process and will take you to different showrooms.

Love it — Delivery
After the construction period, time has finally come: the handover. Together we will visit the construction site, look into the last adjustments, make your villa ready to move in and hand over the keys.
