EXPERIENCED PROJECT MANAGER
Vlassak-Verhulst is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our growing team, responsible for overseeing the successful realization of projects from preparation to final delivery.
Offer
You will be the main point of contact for our clients, discussing design choices and quotations, and leading site meetings. To achieve this, you will collaborate closely with the construction site supervisor, the interior architect, the internal administrative team, external subcontractors, and company management.
Function
You will be working within a prestigious villa construction company set in a green environment in ’s-Gravenwezel, contributing to unique, tailor-made projects both in Belgium and abroad. Each home is designed specifically for the client and brought to life by our own skilled craftsmen, making every project a new and inspiring challenge. We offer a competitive salary package in line with your experience and expertise.
Profile

You will take full ownership of your projects — administratively, technically, and financially — ensuring close supervision of quality, budget, and planning.

You are an experienced and resilient construction engineer (or equivalent through experience) with strong communication skills.

You work in a structured and results-oriented manner within defined timelines.

You are passionate about construction, flexible, and driven, with a solid sense of responsibility. Reading plans, assessing workloads, and understanding building standards come naturally to you.

You have at least five years of relevant experience.
