Experienced Sales Manager
At Vlassak-Verhulst, we create exclusive villas that reflect our clients’ personalities, lifestyles and ambitions. To strengthen our team, we are looking for an experienced sales professional who combines commercial flair with discretion, trustworthiness and a passion for architecture.
About the role
You will welcome prospective clients and guide them through the initial commercial process, from the first meeting and identifying their housing requirements to developing the design concept and discussing the budget. You will coordinate the preparation of preliminary cost estimates, which are subsequently developed into a detailed bill of quantities for discussion with the client. To achieve this, you will work closely with our architects, cost estimators and technical draftspeople, who are responsible for the technical development of the plans and building permit applications.
About you
- You have at least 8 years of relevant commercial experience, preferably in exclusive villa construction, residential real estate or a comparable high-end environment.
- You are a confident and engaging communicator who effortlessly builds trust with a discerning clientele.
- You combine commercial acumen with strong listening skills, discretion and a professional demeanour.
- You have a genuine affinity with architecture, design and high-quality construction projects.
- You work independently, in a structured and results-oriented manner, and know how to turn commercial opportunities into lasting client relationships and the sale of exclusive newly built homes.
- An established network in Flanders is an asset.
