Technical Interior Drafter
We are looking for a talented Technical Interior Drafter with experience in high-end residential projects. In this role, you will be responsible for developing technical drawings and interior plans, while also supporting administrative tasks such as price requests and orders. You are proficient in Vectorworks and have a solid understanding of materials, techniques, and execution details. 3D skills are a plus, but not required.
Responsabilities:
- Develop and produce technical drawings such as electrical plans, floor plans, door schedules, and custom joinery (cabinetry drawings) for high-end residential projects.
- Request, analyze, and follow up on quotations and orders.
Required skills & experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Strong technical drafting skills with great attention to detail.
- Proficient in Vectorworks (required).
- Knowledge of materials and construction methods within interior projects.
- Well-organized, precise, and responsible.
- Able to work independently in a dynamic work environment.
